Terms of service
Last updated: 20 October 2026 · Version 0.9 (draft)
These terms apply when you use Agenticly (the website and the app). By creating an account or pressing “Continue” you accept them.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Ayhan Kemaloğlu (“ALKE”, “Agenticly”, “we”), Harman Sk. 39/1, 34153 Bakırköy, Istanbul, Türkiye, tax ID 5440121415 (Hasan Tahsin Tax Office). “You” means the person who opens the account.
2. The service
Agenticly is a personal assistant that brings your schedule, classes, mail, notes and the world around you (weather, routes, news, markets) onto one page. Agenticly does not provide an AI model of its own: the features run on Agenticly Intelligence - fixed rules on your data - and features that need an AI (such as AI Chat) work only with your own Claude or ChatGPT, if you connect one. The service is provided “as is”; features may change, be added or removed over time.
Agenticly is currently designed for computers and tablets, not phones.
3. Your account
You sign up and sign in with Google (or Microsoft where offered); Agenticly does not use passwords. The details you give must be accurate.
Keep your Google account, App Lock PIN, passkey and device safe. If you notice unauthorised use, sign out everywhere in Settings → Account & Security and tell us.
You can close your account at any time; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.
If you are under 18 (by the year of birth you give), a parent or guardian must confirm by email before you share with other people (a study buddy, shared lists) or connect your own AI; everything else works right away. Agenticly is not meant for children under 13.
4. Connected accounts (Google, Microsoft)
Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar, Classroom, Drive or Microsoft is optional. These connections live on your device: your browser receives the access token and talks to Google/Microsoft directly. We cannot access these accounts. You can remove a connection in Agenticly or in your Google/Microsoft account settings at any time. Google's and Microsoft's own terms also apply to their services.
5. AI
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Don't rely on it alone for important decisions (health, legal, money, exams) - check it.
Personal content (e.g. an email or a note) is only sent to your own AI, and only when you have connected it and allowed that feature: when you ask, or automatically for features you switched on (e.g. reading Classroom notifications, cleaning up the text draft of a recording, making flashcards and quiz questions from a lesson recording). You can switch automatic features off at any time. Details in the privacy policy.
Your AI chats are kept in your account until you delete them.
Drafts (for example mail replies) written by Agenticly Intelligence or your own AI are for you to check and edit; Agenticly never sends mail or changes your calendar without your confirmation. The one standing exception is one you choose: with “Add my accepted plan blocks to Google Calendar” on, each block you accept is added to a separate “Agenticly” calendar, and its event is updated or removed when you rename the task, finish it early or undo the accept. Turning it off stops this; you can also remove that calendar with everything in it.
If you connect your own Claude or ChatGPT (Settings → Your own AI), Agenticly’s AI work runs on your own subscription through the bridge on your computer, under your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI and within your plan’s limits. You are the party to that provider’s terms: its usage limits, charges, extra-usage metering and any suspension are between you and it, and Agenticly can neither see nor change them. The provider allows outside tools to use your own API key: set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY or OPENAI_API_KEY on that computer and the bridge uses it instead of your plan sign-in. Agenticly never sees, stores or relays your AI credentials; it only relays the text of each job to the bridge on your computer. If you choose the local model (Qwen through Ollama), the AI work runs on your own computer under the model’s open licence (Apache-2.0) and Ollama’s terms; Agenticly takes no part in that processing and does not host the model. It works only from text: for a voice note it gets the live text draft, never the recording, so a transcript it writes can still contain errors that were in the draft - check anything important against the recording. From a lesson recording it also makes flashcards and quiz questions, from the lesson part only. In AI Chat it may read your Agenticly timetable, homework, exams, courses and notes and add flashcards or homework when you ask; it never sends mail or messages. In the checklist it only suggests steps for the one task you choose; nothing is added until you add it. If it is not running, AI Chat keeps your message as not delivered and nothing else answers it. Your yes to your own AI, given on the current screen, also counts as the permission for notes analysis, quiz analysis and cleaning a voice note’s draft until you switch one off in Settings → AI permissions. A voice note’s draft is only sent to it when you choose “Your connected AI” under Settings → Notes & Voice → Transcripts. Don’t share the connect link or code with anyone: it links a computer to your account (it works once and expires after 10 minutes). Keep the bridge and your computer secure; disconnect it in Settings if the computer is lost. Agenticly offers no other AI: without your own AI, the AI features do not run and Agenticly works by its rules. “Search the web and answer” lets your own AI search the web from your computer; Agenticly checks that each cited page contains the quoted text and drops the ones it cannot check, but the answer can still be wrong.
Meeting mode (available in every app mode): Agenticly listens to a meeting only after you tap start, and the screen shows that it is recording. The only other times it opens the microphone are the reading for a voice print and the voice test, each only when you tap its own button, for a few seconds and with a level meter on screen. If you choose “An online meeting in another tab” on the Start screen, the browser asks you to pick that tab and share its sound; the sound is mixed with your microphone on your device and treated like the microphone’s (see the privacy policy, Meetings). You are responsible for telling the people in a meeting that you are recording or taking notes and for getting their consent where the law requires it (recording conversations can be restricted or unlawful where you are); Agenticly cannot do this for you and never claims that anyone agreed; before every start you tick that you have told them, and before a lesson is recorded you confirm that your teacher or school allows it - the time of your tick is saved with the recording as your own statement. Tips, ideas of what to say, summaries, to-dos, “you could improve” points, strengths, advice, charts and the notes on how you came across are suggestions drafted from the text of the meeting and the figures counted on your device, by rules or by your own AI (ideas of what to say and coaching notes only when you tap); they are not a psychological, medical or employment assessment of you or of anyone, and they can miss things or be wrong, so check them before you act. Voice marks (“You” and “Others”), where you made a voice print, are a hint without any accuracy guarantee (the built-in method is approximate and can take other people for you and you for others) and are not an authentication or identity feature. Reply drafts are suggestions that you copy yourself, and Agenticly never contacts anyone about a meeting; a to-do becomes a task only when you tap “Add selected as tasks”. A presentation or workbook made from a meeting holds what everyone said: share it only with people who should have it; your own analysis goes into it only if you choose to include it. If you connected your own AI, its AI Chat can also read meeting notes when you ask it about your notes. If you are under 18, use Meeting mode only with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. [lawyer: users under 18, parental consent for the voice print and for recording other people, classmates included]
Markets, currency and news content is for information only and is not investment advice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; try to access other people's accounts or data; try to get around security measures, rate limits or free-tier limits; overload the service with automated tools; upload content that infringes others' rights; use the AI to produce harmful content.
7. Your content
Notes, files and records you add to Agenticly are yours. You give us permission to use them only as needed to provide the service to you (store, sync, process at your request). We don't use your content for advertising or model training, and we don't sell it. The same holds for your 👍/👎 feedback on AI answers and the answer preferences you save: they only adapt Agenticly’s answers for you, and you can delete them in Settings → AI preferences.
Sharing with people you invite. Sharing is off until you create or enter an invite code. A study / work buddy sees only your “done today” tick, how many days you ticked this week, your weekly goal and your cheer - no chat, no task titles, notes, places or times. Members of a shared list (up to 6) can add, tick, change and remove any item in it and see the members’ display names; the owner can remove members and anyone can leave at any time. Share only what you are happy for those people to see, and do not use sharing to pressure, monitor or harass anyone. The weekly summary for a parent or teacher is yours: Agenticly makes it on your device, shows it to you first and never sends it; you decide whether to copy it or send it from your own mail app, and grades are in it only if you tick them. [lawyer: sharing by users under 18 with adults; parental consent]
8. Intellectual property
Agenticly's software, design, name and logo belong to Ayhan Kemaloğlu (ALKE). Copying the source code, reverse engineering or reselling the service is not allowed, except where the law permits it.
9. Outages and changes
We aim to keep Agenticly available, but maintenance, problems at third parties (Google, hosting, network) or your own AI not running or reaching its plan’s limits can make some features temporarily unavailable. When AI is unavailable, Agenticly keeps working with rule-based fallbacks.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from AI output, the accuracy of third-party data (weather, routes, markets, news) or the behaviour of services in accounts you connect. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and mandatory consumer rights, are not affected. [Liability cap to be set with a lawyer]
11. Closing an account
You can close your account at any time. If you seriously breach these terms (e.g. try to access other people's data), we may suspend or close your account, with notice where possible.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Agenticly after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, your right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is preserved.
